The top 10 downloaded chart for the month of june Final fantasy VII is top which was no surprise seeing how a large amount of people seemed to be going crazy over the wait here in the UK.
This proves to Sony that people still want to buy these classic PS1 games, so what if Sony started releasing some of those classic PS2 titles would they sell just as well seeing how there is no backwards compatibility but saying that it may be annouced at GDC 2009 next month that all PS3s will be made backward compatible we will just have to wait, either way Sony should keep the PS1 classics coming and maybe look into some of the smaller PS2 classics that don't take up to much space on the hard drive.
